The worst It was a nightmare starting with the inept desk clerk who (after considerable stumbling around) had to send someone to check to see if the room that was allegedly reserved for us had been cleaned and readied (8pm check-in) . Ours was ready but several other grumbling guests in the lobby were furious they couldn't get a straight answer as to whether their reservations were valid. They cancelled our reservation without contacting us!

Old and not enough amenities This was the worst hotel ever! Coffee pots were not provided in each room (bc they get broke) and by the time I was able to get back to the front desk to get one there were none available. The cleaning products used in my room were very strong but thankfully I had a window to open to allow it to air out. The shower barely worked. And the entire hotel was old and outdated. Awful place and experience.

Never again Did not honor hotel.com price. Room was dirty. Trash under bed. Need to shut hotel down.

Dirty The original room the bed hadn't been made up. The second room the floor was dirty the seats were dirty the towels were dirty. Everything was dirty. Also, the keys don't work to allow you access on the property at night time. Will not stay here again.

It's over. There was a large problem. I arrive at the hotel at 3 on Wednesday only to be told that my reservation had been cancelled. They claimed that they were overbooked. Evidently, all of the other hotels in the neighbor hood were sold out. I have been staying at this hotel for five years, now. I will not return.

Difficult to find There is no sign that says "Charleston Hotel," Just, "Extended Stay," so one had to be a mind reader to find it. In the future I would not economize on an airport hotel. It was ok for it's type.

Sleeping With The Cockroach 1st...the room they gave my husband was NOT the room I booked. They had to change rooms twice. (He had been driving all day...not happy). 2nd...cockroaches!! No explanation needed. 3rd....hotel REFUSED to issue refund EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE COCKROACHES!! Gross. Never again.

Location where I needed it Non smoking hotel but my room was like a smoke stack For a non smoker you get no relief or sleep !!!
