There were roaches all over, coming out of the door cracks, out of the sink, broken cabinets, peeling cabinets, showers feeling like you were going to fall through, semen on the pull out bed, elevator got sick, foul and rotten smells in the hall ways, no laundry soap in the lever room.

I have photos of roaches in my room, mold on the ceiling, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, elevator got stuck, bath tub was weakened, cabinets are broken

The worst place ever. As soon as we opened the door there was a gust of heat coming out. And once we strayed to get comfortable we began to see big and baby roaches crawling out of the ac unit and crawling around the window. We instantly went down stairs to exchange the room which they had no more of which left us to try and find another hotel at 1am. Still waiting on a refund..

I booked hotel for 2 weeks for my mom while her home was being renovated. The general manager was rude to her. She refused my moms request for an upper floor room and when my mother complained of the broken lock on door, filthy chairs in room, and clogged sink the manager spoke to another guest about how much my mother complained

Bad attitude the front desk lady

Quiet but nasty Nice front desk service and quiet, but the room smelled horrific and the carpet was moist. I had to keep my shoes on. I also spotted 2 roaches along the wall. Not worth the price, which was pretty cheap.
