Worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel smells like ammonia throughout. The room looked like it hasn't been cleaned when we arrived and we were nervous to stay. We should have left. Work up in the morning to an infestation of bed bugs on both beds. Thankfully we had kept our luggage off the ground. The manager was rude and basically yelled at us when we asked for a refund. The room was really bad. Huge spiderweb in the corner. Mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was a few granola bars and some oatmeal.

We never stayed. If you have a late flight do not book here. If you get delayed, they do not have check in after midnight. Who ever heard of such a thing? It’s a hotel not a supermarket. At least they were kind enough to cancel and refund us our reservation when I called from the tarmac. Thanks Expedia virtual agent for your help with this . The room was clean but very old and needs updating. The bathroom door could not close and the pull out couch was a twin the room could not accommodate 4 people they could not provide another room. The hallway smelled of weed plus room located over hotel laundry room so the room vibrated all night.
