Roach motel This hotel had so many roaches and the guest were arguing and threatening each other all night. Stay away from this place it is roach central don’t let the pictures fool you. The staff you have to yell for them every time you approach the desk. A roach paradise if you stay here shake everything out

The room was big, but the draws had roaches and we also found at least 5 roaches and 2 dead in a corner. We checked out that night. Front desk reimburse all my money. Really disappointed because it was a big room, but I don't deal with roaches

BEWARE before booking ... we booked a room here about 3 weeks out for my college daughter & 2 friends to stay one night for a concert they were in town for. The room was prepaid & guaranteed. Upon arrival they were told they couldn't check in for one night they had to add another night because now there was a 2 night min. My daughter said they were turning people away who wouldn't add a second night. I felt this seemed wrong as no where in our prepaid booking confirmation did it say 2 night min. The hotel canceled my reservation without letting me know, when I got there to check in I hAD NO ROOM

Upon arrival we were told they had a 2 night minimum. They told us our reservation was canceled. We were in town for a concert and therefore every hotel in a 10 mile radius was booked. We had to travel 20 miles and pay $528.00 for a sub par room. They said they never guarantee expedia reservations. You need to drop them.

Extended stay-away I showed up after making a reservation a few days prior, only to be told, at arrival, that there were no rooms left. The front desk refused to help me find another hotel nearby. The only thing thay said was " I will credit you". There were no vacancies anywhere in the area within 1 hour. It took me 2 hours to find another place to stay. The front desk help was pathetic, could care less about customer service. I went to another hotel nearby, which I had no reservations with, and they were far more helpful. ... read more

Not worth what you pay for, dirty not clean
