The receptionist was outside smoking weed in her car and didn't come to the counter for 15 minutes then told me they were overbooked and I had to call Expedia to get my money back

I booked this place on expedia because it advertised as pet friendly. Well what they dont tell is that you have to pay a extra fee per day for your pet. They also only allow certain breeds to stay. The place smell like marijuana all day long! Not a great experience for me. Will not be staying here again.

Roach hotel with no receptionist. No front desk receptionist to greet or check me in. She was outside hanging in her car after waiting for quite she time and on my way out to leave she came in. I requested kitchen supplies but she left the front desk and was no where to be found. Roaches was in my room i killed at least 5. Wanted to change rooms but couldn't contact anyone. I would like a partial refund.

Bug problems Quiet environment the problem that we encountered were roaches large a small that was very alarming we noticed them the next morning of us only stay one night.

We had to cancel the reservation because when we entered the room everything was dirty and there was no housekeeping

Dirty Checking was the highlight of the stay. From there it was not great. Room size was ok (2 beds, couch, kitchen). I don't tend to be super critical, but I was disgusted by the room. Carpet was stained with who knows what. Light switch covers were visibility dirty. Bed spreads were visibility dirty.

Terrible I checked out within the first hour. Elevators didn’t work, door keys had to be reprogrammed several times, door locks were loose and jammed the door, facility was dirty, room wasn’t clean, just terrible. Staff was helpful and tried to accommodate as much as possible but ultimately they aren’t responsible for the state of the hotel, I could only assume management doesn’t upgrade anything, it’s very dated, smelled bad.
