The room was dingy and dark. While it was “clean” it smelled like smells were being covered up. Glad we were only staying one night. A little uncomfortable with the surrounding area too

"Smoke Free Hotel"??? For a "smoke free hotel", the place wreaked of cigarette and marijuana smoke, especially in our room. It just smelled horrible. My wife wanted to check out immediately and find another hotel, but we were pressed for time to get ready for my nieces' wedding ceremony. I did not sleep well because of the smell, and we left earlier than planned, just to get away from the smell. Staff was nice, but did not make up for the condition of the room.

The room smells like smoke and I became ill with allergy problems. I requesting another room today. Smoking should not be allowed at the entry way of the building for all guests to have to suffer from inconsiderate people smoking right at the front entrance. I want a refund immediately.

Extremely dirty. Roaches everywhere. Front desk staff was amazing. I can’t say enough about how friendly they were.

Bugs! Bugs! Bugs! This hotel is loaded with roaches and no one does anything about taking car of it.

When I checked in to my room I turned the light on and roaches scattered. I was so tired I didn't go downstairs and complain. Throughout the night I kept seeing them when I went to use the restroom. The next morning I told the maintenance guy and he said he could spray the room but that particular room he had to do a heavy spray 2 days earlier. The room also smelt musty and moldy. In a good area and convenient but the rooms were not acceptable. Shanequah at the front desk was really the only bright spot of the trip

never got a receipt,noisy neighbors,no real breakfast ,will not go there again
