No coffee No breakfast as advertised! Keys never worked. No coffee and no ice machines. Staff smoking weed outside with guest... without guest! I have pictures! Dogs off leash... Guests on Drugs TWEAKING OUT in parking lot. I was absolutely disappointed! I didn't want to even write a review because some of the staff were nice. MANAGEMENT...DO BETTER! The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location!

Unfortunately i was unable to stay. I made my reservation online from my house before travelling to NC. Due to weather, Theres no one at the front desk late in the evening. And with having a reservation, they keep booking until all rooms have been occupied regardless of pending reservations. Easy to find.

Needs upgrade, dirty hotel, not safe if traveling alone if you were a woman. The hotel was dirty, lacked hospitality, my partner and I had to switch rooms because our original was smelly, dirty and overall looked bad. The second room which we settled on was cleaner but lacked toiletries and we just didn’t feel safe enough. The door was broken thin wood door. Location was close to restaurants and the mall.
