Very very poor staff The staff made my fiance cry after the way the check in went. She was bullied by the hotel clerk after driving 12 hours when she is handicap and was in serious pain. I reached out to hotel and booking. Com and nothing has been done so far Nothing

Overall my stay for the night was a 6/10 The property wasn’t as clean I guess because it’s fairly new but I seen dead bugs in the bathroom and the towels in the bathroom already had hair on it. The elevators weren’t working had to use the stairs. Then while checking in there is an additional fee and waver/ agreement they have u sign. Also when checking out no one was at the desk to collect the key or anything so I called the number on the wall a lady answered telling me to just leave the keys on the desk. You all are inconsiderate thieves !! I stayed here 4wks!!! No chair for my desk, 2wks I had no tv , 1 load of wash/dry cost $9!!! They never salted the walk or lot when it iced — almost killed myself! And I pd a full week $483,left 3days early and only got $55 refunded ! I will never stay here again voluntarily— or recommend to stay here! Bunch of nasty crooks!! The only person worthwhile was the night reception , Zollie. Always polite and courteous.
