Bad Collects undisclosed security deposit.. Nothing

I WILL NOT RETURN I was assigned to one room and that room was not cleaned. It had hair in the bathroom, and on/in the bed. The refrigerator was discussing!!!! We were moved to another room and that room the towels where wet and smelly. ( we went out and found the towels when we returned)…. No one was at the front when we returned. I also requested and was granted a 12:30 check out time. Sunday morning we got a call stating that we had to be out by 12:00 pm. wouldnt stay again the doors stay open all times, bugs are in the room when you showering, or just laying in the bed. the room had no drawer for the dresser and the sheets were brown instead of white the property is under new management but still terrible, unsafe, unorganized, unprofessional and the boss is a woman that that act like she care. i stay here for several months. this is more of a shelter than a hotel

Worst place I have ever booked through Booking bugs in the bathroom .com bugs in the room picture below. I felt like I was about to be scammed. Booking has always been good to me. But this place has made me weary of booking online. Booking had no idea my room was cancelled. If I had not called booking I would have been hit with a cancellation fee. Bad I drove over 2 hrs to this location only to be advised i once arriving that the hotel over booked and could not accommodate my family. There were ABSOLUTELY NO other hotels available within 30 miles of this location. Common courtesy would’ve been to call us before we made it there
