Overall, average accommodations and hospitality. Some staff always had a back and forth with what was told to them, and what should be told to the residents. There was at times no tissue available, and there was one staff member in particular that was extremely emotional instead of professional. I liked some staff

Disappointing They key card system was down so it was hard for me to check in I was not giving a key every time I wanted to enter my room I had to find someone to let me in The location

Poor My room was dirty, no shower curtain and the TV remote didn't work. Nothing, even tho the price was good, I wasted my money.
