Pleasant There were no toiletries, no iron or ironing board. The front desk was closed until 11 or so. When you asked a question, it felt like I was bothering them . Each of the staff had bad attitudes and poor customer service.

Very Good It didn’t have an iron or an ironing board. It was close to where I had to go for the weekend

Very Good I paid for a king-size bed, but when I got there, they didn't have any available, so they gave me a queen size. It was $40 cheaper, but they didn't want to adjust my rate. It was nice and clean
