The room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was trash behind the bathroom door and marijuana on the floor because it wasn't vacuumed well, if at all. I spilled water on the "kitchen" floor and used a towel to get it up. The towel was filthy. Finally, they said they had breakfast, but failed to mention is was grab and go like muffins, granola bars, or instant oatmeal and grits.

No matter where you were in the hotel it smells like cigarette smoke. The room was moderately cleaned before we checked in and everything just felt dirty.

My husband's accnt was double charged. The room smelled like sewage

Hotel is horrible. My husband's bank accnt was double charged. The facility had an unclean odor. The room had a sewer smell. There was only one ice machine in the entire bldg and it was out of the order.

Overall a terrible experience The stay was convenient until the i dealt with senior female manager. She was VERY rude on multiple occasions which due to her attitude and personality along with her customer service skills, even though already paid, shortened my hotel stay. Another issue was the fact they charge for local calls and ran my card without informing me about it until after the fact which really upset me. Just because u leave a deposit for damages/indemnity does not authorize them to use without any notification etc
