Never coming back When first walking into room had a Bad Odor, 2 lights were broken & the Tv sound went out after being turned up past 19

The manager was not at the facility. The clerk was trying to double charge us and would not honor our reservation! Terrible experience. I gathered my family and we left.

Toliet leak light out in bathroom and couldn't get manager to correct problem . Leak by door next to air conditioner .Frig ; carpet;table rug dirty. Vent didn't work over stove .Attitude and appearance was not professional.

Very Bad Stay We had our 2 corgis with us. I called in advance to let them k ow we would be doing a late check in but they seemed upset when we checked in late. The room was a mess! I get there was no carpet due to traveling with pets but the floor was disgustingly dirty. We were suppose to stay 2 night but checked out that night as the beds were so uncomfortable! We decided to drive the 6.5hours home instead of spending another night there
