We were booked here by a booking company after another hotel screwed us over our reservations. We asked for a cat friendly wheelchair accessible room for 2 weeks. What we got was apparently a room that was still being renovated and they still charged full price! Half the furniture/amenities was missing from the kitchen and room. During our stay, the temperature dropped to single digits and the heater gave out and the room was not insolated properly. the room temp dropped to 50/40 degrees during ours stay. Filthy and it smelled horrible stains on sheets seating etc

The room felt unclean and smelled bad when we went in. If it hadn’t been so late and we could have found something else we would have left. There was what appeared to be blood on the bathroom door. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower. The floor felt sticky. It was just a bad experience. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The staff did the best they could, but there's only so much they could do. The hotel was severely understaffed. There was only one person at the front desk, and at check in, there were 4 or 5 guests, so it took over an hour to check in. The carpet was disgusting. It looked so stained, like it hasn't been cleaned in years, and put in in the nineties. TV was tiny, remote didn't work half the time. Horrible place! Room and bedding smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Used toilet paper roll was sitting on the counter.

I've been going to this place for about 10 years and I don't thints it has been refreshed at all in that time. It would benefit a lot from a power wash, fresh coat of paint and new carpets. This last time I was unlucky and had a group of young folk that partied all night in the hotel room.

Bugs in bed. Do not stay here! Got into the room and there were gnats flying around and I had picked a bug off of me in the middle of the night and the hotel staff did nothing about it. Terrible "grab and go" breakfast, not even a coffee maker in the room. I realize it wasn't going to be the nicest place but I would have expected more for almost $200 for the night.

Meh Needs a handyman, place is neglected. I have stayed at extended before never this condition. Shocking.
