I had no idea what I was getting myself into. My room was dirty with piss stains on my bed. They moved me into another room. That one wasn't made. The third room was not any better. I had to cancel.

Nothing worked after waiting 4 hrs for the room because they wouldn't let me check in before 3 the key didn't work to open the door mainteinence had to come and put new batteries in the lock. Once inside around 4 nothing in the room worked not the air , tv, microwave, the phone, the shower was leaking from the head so there was no water pressure and the lights next to the bed had no bulbs just an open empty socket also there was no toilet paper in the bathroom just a open box of tissues. my request for a toaster was denied. ... read more

First of all had two separate bookings for sane room. This caused me register twice for same room. Second, If I wanted my room cleaned, I would have to pay, unheard off. Don't understand why these problems existed.

Room was nasty house keeping was off until weekend and I didn't have any pillows in my room
