Your staff knows better & doing 1/2 ass job I arrived with late check in noted on reservation. They didn't hear the phone when i was calling at front desk it took awhile. My room was dirty the table was greasy shower had hair in it and they were over booked plus it was 2am glad iwas traveling alone & not with family.

Staff was rude when we tryed to check in 30 minutes early! The outside of building was dirty, trash everywhere! No coffee pot in our room! I call their company relations line and got a person just as rude as the lobby staff! Will never stay at this hotel again!

Pros: the front desk staff were nice and I was able to get a first floor room and pull my car up to the door. Which was great since I had my son with me. Free WiFi. Cons: The room was not that clean. The floors were filthy. The carpet needs to be shampooed or replaced. I had walked around without my shoes on and my feet were covered in dirt.The sheets had stains on them. Horrible Hotel Need New Management!! I never stayed. Front desk personality was horrible. Room was not ready and put me on 3rd floor even though I told them I was disabled because of knee replacement. I was told manager was not there but learned later she was when I went back. Drove 5 hours and had to search for another hotel and just learned today that they charged me even though I cancelled upon the managers told me I could. Not Covid 19 Prepared The room itself was decent. 6 months ago I would have hiven it a higher rating. In the era of Coronavirus, it was lacking. Outside of the standard stay 6 feet apart, plexiglass, and drop your room key off in the box, it wasn't up to par. I found myself retrieving the bleach out of my vehicle to clean high contact areas. Bad experience Extremely unclean- rotting bananas in our first room, trash inside of cabinets and drawers. The other room had a broken toilet paper holder, an out light, and a broken microwave. Service was subpar, not properly correcting the problems. Not very comfortable, wouldn't recommend a night let alone an extended stay
