They didn’t have room assigned for me. They then told me that they had 2 rooms left one with no heat and the other she might be able to get because the room card acts up if it’s cold outside. I was able to get in the room but couldn’t leave my room for fear I might get locked out so overall terrible experience. Will never stay at one of them again.

The hotel had a musty odor to it, and it was not a clean hotel at all.

Let me start by saying that my husband arrived for check in around 10:30-11pm. It was after the door was locked but there was clearly a sign that read to ring the doorbell for check in after hours. He ended up ringing the bell on and off for hours. He resorted to sleeping in his car until the morning (after traveling for almost 8 hours and after getting off of a 12 hour shift). Late check-in sign on door said to dial late check-in sign on door said to dial extension zero ext0. Besides I had to look for the number nobody answered I let it ring over a half an hour nobody ever came to the door so I left!! And went to another hotel. Now I have to fight for a refund?
Did not feel safe at this hotel!!!!! Went to check in around 5:30 and there was no rooms clean and available for my family to go in. When we finally got a room the bedding was dirty and floors looked like they had never been cleaned. Stayed at the hotel after taking my family to the Neptune Festival so we were exhausted, all night you could hear people talking outside playing music.
