The sheets and cover had hair on them indicating they haven’t been changed. The sheets were also no longer white, but beige.

A lot of people smoking on the hallways very dirty aroun the hotel. I ask for a toilet paper and a tower at the front desk they talk me to go and pick myself, it was not a good experience overall

The property refused to check me in when I arrived, and charged me the full price anyway. They then refused to provide any sort of a refund even though it was their fault that they were full and had no room available for me.

THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS IT WAS CLOSE TO THE MALL AND HIGH WAY EVYTHING ELSE ,I WISH I WOULD HAVE STAED AT THE OTHER ONE WITH AN ELEVATOR AND POSSIBLE BETTER CONDITIONS!!!

Went through 3 rooms upon check in. First had someone’s food and personal items left behind and un-cleaned still. Second unit had no power what so ever, and the last unit actually had someone in it. When asking for a refund they just told me to call Expedia and have a good day. Avoid this place like the plague it is.
