My room was musty, there were cigarette burns on the bedding, stains on the sheets, a ring around the tub, SPIDERS (I hate spiders) and cobwebs all over the place, the dresser and bedside table both had dust on them, the phone was unplugged & wrapped like some had taken it and the alarm clock couldn't be securely plugged in.

The room smelled of stale smoke and some of the lights didn't work. I changed hotels.

Fairly new facility. Toilet tank kept spraying water on bathroom floor, making it hazardous every time someone would use the toilet. Tried to convey problem to staff, but didn't see anyone after we checked in. Can understand recycling towels, but not washcloths. No one vaccummed or cleaned anything in room for the 4 days we stayed there. Will definitely NOT stay there the next time we are in town!

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. The pictures make it look 10 times better than it is. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. They should pay you to stay there. I would not let my dog go there. We unfortunately could not get another hotel because it was a holiday weekend.

Uh-Oh! Needed to check in at 1am. Stormy night, I had to wait 30 minutes till I was allowed to check in. Longest check in process ever, I’m exhausted from my family emergency that brought me into town in the first place. I found out why it was a lengthy process because he was setting up a rewards account with my information, scuse me sir I just got an email confirmation that I signed up for your rewards, I never gave that permission. I got the room for the internet i drive over the road witha tractor teailers and need the internet at times to download stuff at a faster speed and this hotel was in a great location but had the worst internet sevice i ha e had at a hotel in a long time, room was spacious, and clean because i wanted the intwrnwt that is why i was so disappointed

Staff was not good at all. Was told the key machine doesn’t work after I paid for room. When I asked for refund so I can go somewhere else I was told I’d have to wait till morning for the manager. The next morning I went to get breakfast and had to wait outside the office for at least 35-40 minutes for the manager to arrive back in the office. I asked for a refund and she gave me a room key and dismissed me. Service was absolutely trash.
