We booked this hotel last minute for a spur of the moment overnight trip. You get what you pay for, and we weren’t expecting much. Overall it was a standard, decent hotel room that served its purpose. The area was quiet and felt pretty safe. Don't waste your money Dirty sheets. Dirty carpet. Dust bunnies. Cheap furniture. No dishes, utensils, glasses. Nobody told us we had to ask for them. Very dissatisfied.

Dissatisfied When we arrived to the hotel they told us they didn’t have a room for us. Then they charged us for the stay! Our credit card company is currently trying to get our money back.

This property wasn’t clean and had too many pets on the property. Didn’t offer any amenities for their guest. Will not stay at this property again.

The staff person Cole was very helpful. We were not able to check in until nearly 5pm when we had arrived at 3pm because the room was not cleaned.

Because I had not arrived by 6 pm, they sold my RESERVED room to someone else. It was like the Seinfeld episode when he tried to pick up his reserved car. The staff was indifferent and clearly used to this. They overbooked knowing they would leave customers high and dry on a summer weekend in Virginia Beach. Absolutely terrible.
