Ugh!!! Never again! The room was poor quality. The blanket had hairs on it and the floors were dirty. The air conditioning smelled like mold and was so humid coming out it made the sheets feel clammy. I could hear the tv next to me. I only slept two hours.

Location was good. Close to interstate, mall, restaurants. Cleanliness of the room was unacceptable! We had made note several weeks when reserving, that we were traveling with a Guide Dog in training, respectfully ask for ground floor, no such luck. Outside sidewalks needed attention. Dirty, stained, cigarette butts all around.. Would not return.

stairwells were filthy. no coffee in rooms had a microwave,stove and refrigerator in room, but no dishes or utensils. told coffee in office in the morning, but no cups. office so small only 4 people would be comfortable at any time and it is a huge complex.

Check in took forever. 1 inexperienced in front checking in, 2 in the back room socializing and not helping. No change machine in laundry room. No change accessible anywhere. Was told to put my money in the vending machine and push the change button. Duvet on beds had what looked like fresh stains on them. My husband is handicapped and we were on the third floor, no elevators! Handrails for stairs had never been cleaned or painted for years! Will never stay here again!

Had to wait 15 minutes to check in due to lack of staff. Full garbage can in our room when we checked in, no elevators so we had to lug suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.

The front counter guy was so into his phone calls personal phone calls he did not explain anything. The room was dirty. I cleaned before putting our stuff out. Pubic hair all over bathroom, the counters had food on them, we stayed 2 nights and was told if we need towels or and thing we need to take old to front counter to get replaced. Have always loved extended stays. Look at one in Simi Valley they understand.

When we tried to check in..nobody was at the desk. We waited 30 mins for someone. Finally got a room around 730pm. It was 90 degrees outside and The air conditioning didn't work..floors were filthy.

The night manager had locked him self out and I did not get to check in
