Disappointed Trash was piled under stairwells…horrible smell

I got this property because my parents were visiting well let’s just say they ended up leaving a day early and staying at our place! The room wreaked of having been smoked in. The kitchen was dirty and the shower was absolutely disgusting! The handicap shower I requested for my mother was full of rust! The seat in the shower had the cushion exposed and rust covered the metal! It was embarrassing to say the least.
