Will not stay again.. No smoking in rooms yet whole motel smells like an ashtray. Two nights had no hot water. Couldn't get any towels. Breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and oatmeal bars.

Heat does not work in room 200 and i called front desk and nobody is answering. My room does not have a smoke detector either.

The property was wonderful, until I found out apparently I have been banned from all there properties and I don't know why.. I have never stayed at a extended stay before and I couldn't get a good reason why I was banned.. the manager did give me a number to call but the initial shock was mind blowing.. them when I tried to get the room for my girlfriend the 2nd night they wouldn't allow her to stay saying something was off because I used my Afterpay app to pay for it... Would be nice to know that even with paying ahead on expedia that there's still a $100 ancillary deposit required at check-in. This tidbit of information may have guided me in a different direction.
