Not so great Musty, moldy smell. Caused frequent coughing. Dirty,stained carpet. Won’t stay there again.

The first room we checked into had been torn apart & we had to be moved to a 2nd room, keys were wrong & had to get another set.There were no litebulbs over the mirror in the bathroom, we asked for replacement bulbs & never received them.Faucet in tub was broken. In morning, went for breakfast, there was no food left & no more food was provided. Overall a very disappointing experience. {Staff was very pleasant}

The bathroom was not clean. And the towels were old a dingy

Taking money out of your account after paymen! At first I was going to give an ok review until I checked my bank account. They pull money from my account after I already paid. Now I have to be inconvienced for their mistake. Stay at your own risk!

Group of guys drinking in the parking lot. Service was horrific. Every time we asked for help it was an inconvenience to them. Check in took over 20 min as well as check out in which they were trying to double charge us even though we showed them proof that we already paid through Orbitz. I would recommend checking out another hotel in the area if you want to save yourself some frustration and get decent service.

Very Unlikely to stay agO No TV remote. Bath tub w/out grab bar or slip free mat. Belfast was coffee & granola bar w/ no place to sit

Very poor customer service. was told by Chad at expedia that it was okay to have late arrival. i even called the extended stay and they said no problem but they gave away the room. There was a note on file in the computer that i would arrive very late and was told it would be okay. Arrived to hotel at 115am and there was no rooms left. Was traveling with my daughter, future son-in-law and my 18 month old grandson. left NJ at 8:00am and got to hotel at 115am. the customer service was terrible. the check in girl was nasty and ... read more

I was very disappointed with the service at your f First Bank your service was very poor the people at the front desk was not forever freely made me feel very uncomfortable I will not stay there again for the price you ask for in Greenbrier area it should have better quality people work in this hotel I would not stay there again if possible thank you
