Reserved and paid in advance via Travelocity for a room with a king size bed. At check in there was some problem and no king was available. After a considerable delay they put me in a twin room. I was in town on business and nearly late due to the holdup. When I finally got to the no smoking twin room, it smelled like stale cigarettes.
The rooms were not clean they had roaches and bugs and the beds had dirty sheets and the tiolet had pee in the seat and the refrigerator had food in it

A total waste of my money right down to the employees and rooms.... Management call me a couple weeks later and spoke with me... And said i would receive a free room for my troubles... still wait ... never again ... save ur money
Avoid at all costs- they gave away my room that had been booked for weeks! We drove 2.5 hrs with 2 small kids to arrive at dinnertime (about 2 hrs after allowed check-in begins) and they had given away my room. Had I read a few reviews on other sites I wouldve seen this is their M.O. and have done it multiple times before. It was dirty and the trash-rooms smells throughout the hallway. Not good

Never Again Some of the staff was rude..no maid service.. Breakfast was a joke..no pots pans or utensils in the room for the kitchenette.. toliet was wobbly with putty around it and not level with the floor.. my bathroom door knob fell off.. AMy sister's room was given away because she didn't arrive at the hotel by 6pm even though it says that you have until 11pm to check in.. She also had to keep using my bathroom because her toliet stopped working in her room and no one fixed it after telling the front desk she asked for h... read more

It was a bad experience.....Terrible... the font desk lady treated us very informal, while speaking in her cel phone. Made reservation for 2 rooms... gave us the 1st room, and WAS NOT READY... the second room was never "entered" in the system, so "housekeeping" tried to open our room at 5:30 AM without adviced.... Like its not enough already, the manager woke up us at 8AM for the issues. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....
