I stayed at the hotel for three nights on a business trip. My room had no coffee pot or hairdryer. I was provided shampoo and soap only. My cable television was "snowy" and had very few channels. I never saw another female guest the entire time I was at the hotel. My impression is that this hotel caters to predominately male guests who are tradesmen or in the construction business. I never felt unsafe it was just a very different hotel experience than what I'm used to.

First room smelled like an ashtray after we signed a paper saying it’s a non smoking room. Also, there was no toilet paper in the room. The man at the front desk was nice and moved us, but the next room we had was just not cleanly at all. There were also people that disobeyed the no smoking a certain distance from the front door so the enclosed entryway smelled like an ashtray.

My room was filthy. The sheets were dingy with stains there was hair left in the shower and juice stains in the carpet

There was no one at the desk when we checked out. For an extended stay room there was no amenities, no hair dryer,iron, utensils, coffee pot. Bed linens were not changed & no fresh towels.

The rooms were fairly clean. But the hallways and stair ways are filthy. The hallways also smell really bad. Overall stay was okay but they need some cleaning up to do for sure

Very different from other extended stay. They should not call themselves extended stay at all. May be motel 1

Would never stay here I was met on the elevator by a woman asking what room I was in which made me feel weird and uncomfortable. Loud music in another room. People sitting in the hallway. The room smelled like liquor and sex. The bed had hair in it as well as stains. I did not stay and had to pay more for rooms reserved for last minute but at least I was comfortable.

The room smelled like weed and cigarete smoke that they charged me $270 for.

Uncomfortable stay ! This was our second trip to this hotel, I will not be returning to it again. On this trip the first room that was assigned to us the refrigerator was leaking water and didn't work. So we were given a second room, my husband notice a small roach on the ceiling. The bed was very uncomfortable, the guest was very loud. We were awakened at 2am by two guest arguing in the hallway and slamming the doors. It just seem to be too many people in and out of the hotel. I did not enjoy this last stay.
