Front desk service was friendly but very slow. The one guy was very understaffed. I probably won't go to Extended Stay America again

Complimentary breakfast was bars and coffee and almost gone by the time we got down stairs...it was not very clean and there was no pressure is the shower..the staff was friendly but took a while to get service...

Not a single staff anywhere to be found, waited in lobby for hours for help, called phone.. Nothing! No one there. Unacceptable and horrible customer service.

Very small parking lot. So there were no spaces available we had to park in the back of the hotel by the dumpster. Check-in was okay, except we had to change our room because the first room spelled like mold. No cleaning service. If you need towels you have to go down and get them. Will not be staying here ever again.

Not happy about my stay The first room we were given was dirty and had not been cleaned. We had to wait 15minutes for a new room to be assigned.

Horrible Facility This facility was the worst! The initial room assigned was not made up even though I checked in late. The attendant gave me another key and for a different room that was assigned to someone else. The 3rd room assigned had a soiled mattress pad on a made bed (I slept in my clothes).
