We were told to check in at 3pm. However, the room was not even ready at around 5pm, and we had to wait for about 30 mintues at front desk. The room is not clean, AC is too loud.

They denied cash payment and I was forced to go to another place;

The air condition didnt work my room was so hot could not sleep .Call the front office to tell them and the lady set to reset it told her i did that so many times and she then told me to crack the window open she would send maintenance in the morning and was rude when I told her I was not going to sleep with out air told me to crack the window open because there where no more rooms if I wanted..I have never been treated so bad .I stayed 5 days at the Edwards and it was just amazing came here this last day in chicago because ... read more

I had a bed with a King size bed reserved. They over booked and only had a room with one Queen size bed available when we arrived. Room they gave me was pretty dirty...pizza crumbs on floor, bathroom floor was in need of cleaning by toilet. Room was pretty run down and in need of maintenance..floor was peeling up in kitchen area, finish worn off dresser.. Overall it was just gross. Glad only spent one night! Staff was friendly thought!

The staff was very nice and professional. The room I booked was with a King bed and the bed I’ve got when I got there was a full size. I was with my husband and my 6 year old son. It was not a good fit for us. They gave us a second room for free and it was not what I had in mind for our weekend. Plus, the toilet was clogged up and I had to cancel my reservation.
