The staff are never at the front desk you have to scream to get someone because there are always at the back people walking in and out without anyone saying anything to them

No sevice if less then 14 For the 11 days we stayed, not once was the beds turned nor towels replaced. Service was only done every 14 days. Kitchen was not equipped, had to request what we needed and carry it personally up to room.
Clerk was very unfriendly during check in.
