Horrible nasty smelling hotel I stayed in a non smoking room and the room above me was supposedly non smoking as well but you can smell cigarette and marijuana through our bathroom vent. I notified the front desk and the woman offered me Febreeze. I was staying there with my 3 kids and was highly upset they had to deal with the smell and the staff didn't seem to care. The elevators are also in front of the trash room which smelled like the trash had been in the trash room for months.

Very dirty room. The refrigerator had hair in it. The carpet was filthy.

The room was not clean especially in the bathroom and the kitchen. People where standing outside the entrance smoking both at our arrival and departure time.

I was given room 331 when I walkked in restrroms where dirty and beds were not done and garbage in kitchen. I requested a clean room and they gave me another room. I dropped off my belongings and stepped out. When I come back 1 hour later, I walk into room and someone else is in there. While I stepped out they gave my room to another guest. They had to issue me 3rd room which smelled like cigarettes and I could not stay in there. LIAR LIAR LIAR I booked room at 11pm got there at 1210Am . Asked front desk clerk if I could have late checkout of 1pm instead of 11Am she said yes that was fine upon leaving at roughly 1250 I was told I was being charged 27.50 for extra time stayed not very happy. Also rented smoking room was given Non Smoking room
