Smells like smoke and food all over the floor. Feels like an apartment building. People have cats and dogs that disturbs others. Strangers knocks on your door and leaves. Gotta pay for room service or they don’t bother

Found stains on the chairs in our rooms. We also didnt have anything in our room that is normally in hotel rooms. The rooms are very outdated and not very functional. Probably will not be staying at an Extended Stay again...

Not so great The bed was great with clean sheets. The TV was not clear and not many channels. The paint on the walls in the bathroom was pealing. There was left over food in the fridge. The wifi didn't work and it took me a 30-minute call to get it set up. But it was MUCH better than spending the night in the airport! Soft bed and a hot shower were great!

Fire alarm kept going off for no reason! i want my money back i got no sleep.

The back door didn't work. The sheets and towels had stains and the bathroom wasn't clean. It was late when we got there and we were too tired to complain or wait for new linens. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend anyone stay there.

So upset expected more I stay here for the kitchen n stove didn’t work the other day the a/c unit top fell on my daughter. She wasn’t injured but was scared . Left some scratches I told the management and all they said was sorry!
