Not worth it, even half the money Would not step in one again. I myself don't write much reviews but I am writing for this because it needs to brought to notice. Supposed to be a non smoking place, instead whole Looby smelled like weed and cigrattes. Didn't bother to tell the staff because the staff present that time seemed highly unprofessional as she was on loudspeaker call with someone who was swearing all the time.

Bad online I requested a queen size bed but was given a full size bed that looked like a twin size bed, when i asked to switch rooms i was told they had nothing available, then the counters in the kitchen area were dirty there was pieces hair in and around the fridge and the washroom. I put two guest was staying but only recieved one face towel and so many unnessary other towels. WORST PLACE IN CHICAGO Our stay was possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We booked a non-smoking room and were told at check-in that we had most definitely booked a smoking room, that a large convention was in town so there were no other rooms available, but that we should be happy because they were upgrading us to a larger smoking room. Employee woke us up in the middle of the night The trip started out great - we were only staying there one night as we were to fly out of ORD the next day. We went to sleep at 10:30pm and woke up at 1:30am to a hotel employee banging on our door. She wouldn’t stop until we got up to answer it and then thanked us for our stay. We had bedbugs in our room and they didn't want to refund our 2 night stay! Very upset!!

No room service was provided on the second day of our stay. No fresh towels/soap/shampoo and no bathroom service.
