The only thing that was alright is the bed. It did its purpose but besides that everything is a mess. The hotel smells really bad. The rooms are super dirty. The bed sheets were visibly stained. There were ants ontop of the AC. The kitchen was dirty as well. Countertops were stiky. Inside the fridge was alright but so stinky. The freezer was dirty is it had a liquid im guessing of previous people staying there and no one cleaning or checking it out. The bathroom sink had hair of someone shaving and the tub was dirty as well.

Free breakfast. Is it true? Just provided coffee is not breakfast. Please delete you mentioned breakfast free which is not absolute true

Advertised as an Ohare Airport hotel but they have no transportation. First cab was $62. The bathroom sink drain plug would not raise and the sink was dirty. They say breakfast included, which turned out to be coffee, instant oatmeal and cereal bars. It's a bed and a bathroom, don't count on more.

Staff was asleep when we arrived and stated that we had to wait 20 min for system to reboot in order for check-in to occur at 1 am. Lastly, this hotel is 25 min away from the airport and the cab ride is $42.50 perhaps they should take the description near the airport off of the Expedia's web site. It is not worth the $100 required. Friends beware!

Won't stay again!! Breakfast consisted of little muffins and granola bars. That's about it. Room was decent size, equipped with full size fridge, stove and microwave. Found dead bugs in freezer. Floors were dirty. Lot's of ants on both end tables. Staff was not willing to help us with questions regarding public transportation to and from Chicago. Won't stay again.

Hotel not maintained very well. Chair fabric torn, shower handle broken, toilet didn’t flush reliably. Kitchen counter Formica edges torn off. Came home with what I believe are bed bug bites all over. Will never stay at another Extended Stay.

This hotel doesn't have an ORD shuttle even though it is listed as being an ORD-adjacent hotel. Even though it is 9 miles from ORD, the cab fair was 1.5x because it was outside cook county, and it came to $60 between the 1.5 multiplier and the commuter traffic. The room once I got there had ants and the lamp didn't work; when they moved me to another room, it had clearly just been used and the bed hadn't been made or the bathroom cleaned. Although there was no one at the front desk at the time of check in, Chantel came out and attended me. She was nice and courteous. There was no one at the front desk at check out as well but someone eventually came out from the mechanical room. The hotel hallways had a foul odor and my room smelled musty. Made it a bit unbearable for a bit until my nose got used to it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It had no trash can, though.
