Smoking in a Non-Smoking Hotel/Zone Our experience was HORRIBLE!!! Every time we entered the hotel and left the hotel, elderly people in pajamas and wheelchairs etc were smoking as you enter the building. It is a no smoking area and a non-smoking hotel. The smoke came directly into our rooms on the 1st floor. They had a dog living there as well. My niece is HIGHLY allergic to dogs and cats. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. Let's just say I would never stay here again Terrible service, hotel staff were not friendly at all. No room service provided what so ever not even to change your trash. The Breakfast they offered was granola bars I could go on and on!

Any other hotel but this one Place was filthy and falling apart
Staff members never around and didn't keep up with any amenities
Terrible breakfast Was not impressed with the grab and go breakfast. Coffee, apples, oranges and package oatmeal that I had to put into a cup because there were no bowls. Plus, it was all on a little coffee cabinet, where u had to reach down low into the doors below to get the little muffins and fruit.
Extended Stay Gurnee review The hotel was ok. The staff were polite, but seemed to work with a very tight budget and were under-staffed. We had to go down to the desk to pick up plates, cups, coffeemaker, silverware etc, which seemed strange since its an extended stay hotel with a kitchen. We also had to take our dirty towels down to the desk and pick up new towels. The room was clean. The bathroom was small but ok, shower pressure was good. No ice machine in hotel. Good location for those staying for Six Flags or the mall.
Easy to access This hotel is right off of the highway. Very easy to access when you finally get through the god awful toll booths on the highway(s) in the area. The room was clean and the television worked. The bed was broken in the middle leaving a hump down the center. That isn't a problem if you've driven 10 hours like I did.
