Won't stay again Had no extra pillows, hallway smelled like garbage, carpet in room was dirty, smoke detector hanging off the wall.

Bunch of thieves! I accidently double booked a room for one of the two nights I stayed. It was my error, yet you would think they would give me a break. Not! I had to pay for three nights even though I only stayed two. There is no morals in business anymore. I will never stay at this franchise of motels again!
This will be our last stay at the Extended Stay...bring your used towels to the desk each day for replenishment...really? Could the room be more barren? We renamed this chain Extended Stay...we never fail to disapoint.

ok for the price Definitely needs a renovation to earn more stars. Overall it was what one can expect of a 3 star hotel. First floor carpet was dirty but we had a non-smoking room on the second floor so the carpet was better kept and it did not smell. The room overall was mostly clean. We did not use the kitchen. A good experience as there was nothing glaringly offensive just probably a place I will not go again.

This was a Motel 6 type. Breakfast was lousy. Beds were uncomfortable. Place was quiet. It was too expensive for the quality of motel.
Not so goid! The rooms were in poor condition and the first room had dirty sheets. The desk clerk was wonderful and changed the room immediately but the second room wasn't much better. The elevator floor was filthy and sticky! Looks good from the outside but the inside is dirty, beds uncomfortable and the bathroom tiles and face cloths dingy and threadbare! Will never use again, they can't even buy decent linen. This is unfortunate for the staff because they were all very nice!
noise walls are thin - we listened to children crying and parents yelling early in the morning. way to much noise - no fan in room and we like to sleep a little later
