noisy elevator - terrific location for Itasca If you ignore the thunking noise made by the elevator at every start and stop, this hotel is a great value in Chicagoland.

Would go back if in area Was right off the highway great spot . Market and malls near the area. Near airport so you will hear planes . Only thing that I didn’t like was the day I was leaving there were four uniformed police on my floor and when I asked if everything was ok I never did get a reply . Breakfast is nothing to rave about but I did grab tea each morning

Excellent place. Clean hotel, great location & superb costumer service of the front desk staff. Be warned though that their breakfast is not continental style as the Orbitz described but a “grab-and-go” breakfast.

Good Value Decent value for the money.Staff were friendly and the property very clean but strange that for an extended stay facility there wasn't so much as a coffee cup in the room or utensils- less than a regular hotel room.

Dirty bed First room, the door was not locking. So they changed our room. Worst idea ever.Whoever clean the room, did not do it well. Theres hair all over the bed. Airconditioner is not that great. They need to changed the Tv also.
