Hotel is convenient to interstates for Chicago. The rooms were clean and the hotel quiet! I needed to extend my stay by one night and the staff made it happen without hassle.

Not what you would expect. Nothing included in the room. You need to ask for it from the front desk. A, what appeared to be a night manager, was very sarcastic when I asked for the little coffee pot that is usually included in the room. He gave me a pot and I had to ask for coffee, cups, sugar and a spoon. He wasn't happy that I had to inconvenience him. The blower in the room heater sounded like the fan was rubbing on something inside creating a buzzing noise each time it kicked on. Couldn't get a sound sleep. I recorded it... read more
