This hotel was so bad we didn’t complete the stay. We left and went to the Marriott because we felt uncomfortable staying. When we arrived at the room, the floor was sticky including the carpet. It literally made a squish sound with every step we took. The toilet seat needed to be secured. The mirrored sliding door was hanging off. There were no hangers. Although clean, the room lacked cups, a bathroom trash can, no stopper for the bathtub, and the shower curtain rod was bent so the curtain could not remain pulled across the tub length. The remote for the TV was found under the bed after being told by the front desk clerk that it probably would be found under the bed. Who puts the TV wand under the bed as standard practice? They are very under staff, i didnt want to stay more than than night, hall way was dark

The staff was excellent. I had to change room because of the tub not working. The room I was change to had urine stains in the bed. I traveled a long way in order to sleep uncomfortable.

The AC was off when we got to the room so it was sweltering. Took several hours for AC unit to cool the room. Carpet was coming up in a few areas. Bathroom floor had peanut shells on the floor so it was not thoroughly cleaned from the last guest.

The room wasn't very clean at all, the over night person wasn't the best. Didn't tell us about breakfest or what time it was at and there was nothing about the time on the paper that came with the room key. Other than that the lady at the front desk while checking out was very helpful.

Bed Bugs in Hotel Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. The room has a terrible odor, the hot water faucet in the bathroom sink didn't work, the light bulb was missing from the desk lamp where you would sit a computer and i was bitten by BED BUGS that permeated the room. I checked out in the middle of the night and the attendant was nonchalant about the incident and when I called the front desk this morning to speak to the manager, the desk clerk was not very helpful as well.
