No ice machine, no pool, dirty room, poor customer service by attendants, hallways always smelly, it felt more like a drughouse than a hotel.

It was a terrible experience all over. Not expected, breakfast is terrible

Cleanliness is very poor, breakfast is only coffee with muffin & bar( If you lucky). Location is great, there is no excitement staying in hotel its just location i liked

This property had a hard late check in. Unfortunately there was a traffic jam that affected traffic anout an hour or so. They wouldnt allow me to check in agyer 1130pm. I made at 1133pm, Thankfully. But otherthan that coming from out of town alone, I wouldnt have had a room had I arrived any later. I think they should allow you to check in whever you want, the rrom was paid for. I probably wont use this hotel chain in my furture travels. That was a very stressful moment. I was prepared to stay in a chair in the lounge.

Not so good choice :( Not so good about the hotel. 1. Be aware that any stay less than 7 days in any ESA hotel would NOT give you any room service, let it be cleaning/changing towels/etc. 2. The bathroom lights didn't work, for which I had to complain few times, didn't fix it still either. (reason being it was a Sunday & mechanic wasn't around :( ) I wasn't even offered an alternative room
