Horrible manager general manager bad attitude , I recommend go less than a mile away from this facility to another extended stay which is a world of a difference staff amenities and everything else was Superb

Worst hotel stay, service I have ever experienced. I stay at your establishment from 12/31-1/1, and it was one of the worst experience I have ever had, there was no house keeping, I wasn’t told anything about my room being cleaned at anytime of what the hotel had to offer it’s guest, I had to call the front desk to ask for own towels and I had to talk to the front desk and retrieve all my towels and utensils that I needed, on the morning of the 1/1 a guest caused trouble where and another floor and we were made to stand in t... read more

A terrible New Year’s morning Check in was easy, I loved that they have upgraded internet so that was the good part. Unfortunately at 5am the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel. We were cleared to re-enter at 7am. I went back to my room to sleep but I was unable to because a very loud group insisted on “partying” in the breakfast area outside my room.
