I wouldn’t recommend staying here even one night.

Poorly managed. No supply of shampoo? Really? No plastic kitchenware? They never have any stock of anything.

Inadequate staffing. There was a phone and a note to call at the front desk for check in. It seemed like the receptionist had double duties as also housekeeping. Despite having a kitchen, all pots, pans, dishes and utensils had to be requested because they were not already in the room. That was unexpected since Larkspur, Staybridge and Residence Inns are not like that. This place was so gross. Dirty bathroom, dirty floors, smelly hallways, and drab flys smashed in the wall. Overall horrible experience.

Sistem down cant checking in 1:15 am I call early last Night to let front desk know about we will checking in late its 1:15 am and we have to wait another 25 minutes to try again

Never again!!!! Seriously the most nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at! Super inconvenient for my 1 month old baby! Roaches walking around the room. Nasty moldy bathroom. A bug was even on my daughter! Dirty dirty dirty! The manager then gave us another room the next day . A bit cleaner. But little kids were throwing parties in the room. Loud music.
