Booked through hotels.com after 12am. They wouldn't let me check in. The manager wouldn't refund and hotels.com was no help. I will no longer use hotels.com.

Terrible everything was broken took over 30 minutes to check me in no hot water

Check in took like 45 minutes. Rooms were dirty and in disrepair. Room located in loud area and on ground floor with loud road/drive way noise. Room didn’t have any supplies for preparing meals or cleaning the dishes. When we got supplies from front desk they were junk, no spatula to cook with...just a plastic spoon. No paper towels or napkins, no sponges, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board. A completely crappy hotel.

Very dissatisfied customer I was very disappointed with the service also the room had lots of spiderwebs the comforters were dirty and the room itself was very dusty dust everywhere. Very dissatisfied in the customer service than willing to give us another room just very dissatisfied with extended-stay.

The staff was having a bad day and took it out on us. Ickes is out stating we will get a full refund. Then we got screwed out of 7 days of stay.

The kitchen floor was sticky! The heat wouldn’t turn off in room #1 ( we had 2 separate rooms ). In room #2 the heat wouldn’t turn on and our neighbors had a dog that barked all night. The refrigerators (Both rooms) are dated and ridiculously dented. We didn’t receive a sheet for the pull out bed. Had to buy one at Target. The mattress on it was filthy. Overall, we would not stay at this location again.
