Room has a order - smelled like cooking oil with an attempt to cover it with Fabreeze
They keep the plastic wrapping on the mattress it is delivered it! INSANELY loud and uncomfortable. I did not sleep at all so it made for a horrible night and I will for sure never stay at another extended stay again. Continual breakfast was packaged oatmeal and hot water .... no utensils and non in room.
Staff was not present at night shift and cleaning lady was arguing about giving towels
Horrible I reserved a room on April 29, 2 queen beds. When we arrived on Friday May 31st we were told that they had no more double rooms so they put us in a king suite with a pull out couch. I was also told by the front desk that her manager was to call us to tell us the situation and we never received a call. We go to the room and pull out the couch and it only has a twin size mattress, we are a family of 4 with two older girls.
