Horrible I reserved a room on April 29, 2 queen beds. When we arrived on Friday May 31st we were told that they had no more double rooms so they put us in a king suite with a pull out couch. I was also told by the front desk that her manager was to call us to tell us the situation and we never received a call. We go to the room and pull out the couch and it only has a twin size mattress, we are a family of 4 with two older girls. Would not recommend or stay again The hotel exterior looked to be ok, however the interior especially the hallways of the room floor appeared out dated. The actual room door was outdated..very few hotels have door key inserts. Nowadays you just flash your card. The inside of the room smelled old, the stove was old and dirty so was the refrigerator. The staff didn't care about the customers in front of them and talked amongst themselves when checking people in. They were never at the front desk and didn't answer the phone anytime they were needed. They claimed they weren't able to give us the room we had booked with 2 beds (for 3 people) after never calling us in advance and not saying anything at check in. The room was right next to the trash room so the room smelled of rotting food the whole time. The room was poorly equipped didn’t have cups for us to drink out of in the room as well better planning on staff would be appreciated

Exterior looks modern but interior was dated and not very well kept. Rooms dirty and had some damage. Shower rod torn from wall, toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. Couldn't move to better room because every other room i was shown was unacceptable also. Only 1 staff working for the whole hotel. I won't ever stay at this hotel again

Even though I have confirmed booking for two queen beds, when I reached there they tild me that all two queen beds room are gone. I have to stay in a single bed room for a night then they habe given two wueen beds next day.
