I get to my room, and the tv does not work. I call the front desk, and he says he will look for another room and call back. After 20 minutes I call him back, and he says he will come look at the tv. He looks and says I’m not maintenance but I will check for another room and call me. He never did. There was nothing to do. My room had a slight sour smell. I left first thing this morning. Not happy with the service or staff

Teacher My room that I originally booked was sold before I arrived and I had to downgrade my room after traveling far I will not come there again

The mirror was break and the kitchen sink didn’t work they wanted you to pay for housekeeping so my room didn’t get clean.

I made a mistake of staying here twice! I’ve stayed in this before and I forget it’s this location with the worst service. The late checkings are bad because the gentleman is never there, I knock on the doors behind the desk and nothing. I waited both times 15 mins waiting to check in. The rooms are decent for the price but the radiator is so loud I had to unplug it. Waste of money 🙁 The worst part was the bathroom! Horrible. Broken shower curtain rod. We needed to be on road early, figured have a cup of coffee on way out, but nothing ready, nore anyone at front desk when we left.

I wish I would have read the online reviews prior to booking at this hotel. All reviews rant about how disgusting it is. They were correct. The hotel was absolutely filthy. The hallways had garbage in them and smelled bad. The room was very dirty. I notified two different front desk staff and both times they responded with, “I’m sorry it is not up to your expectations.” The room smelled like old food and body odor.
