I was given a room with no amenities , bathroom needs repair; dirty carpet. I called the Receptionist to find the vendo machine , she did not know where to direct me.

On the description of the property it said complimentary breakfast. That breakfast consisted of a granola bar and a cup of coffee. Needless to say it was a hunt for your own breakfast. Which I do not mind but the price of the room was as if a meal was coming with the room. I could have booked a room for the same cost that came with a nice breakfast. Then at the last minute that price was raised. You could see in the elevator that someone spat at the doors and it had not been cleaned. My husband took a shower and when he was ... read more

Never again Reminded me of a motel. They didn’t have any face towels, the sheets felt like sand paper, the room needed a paint job, the bathroom was terrible. I’ve stayed at the Yorktown location-that was so much better. I chose this hotel because it was closer to everything than the Yorktown location. Will not make that mistake again

Disgusting mess found in hotel room with mold and hair from previous guest everywhere.

Dont Stay at Extended in Lombard, Illinois This Place is nasty. The room is small. The furniture is dirty. The whole room was dusty. The bathroom tub and sink was dirty. My husband had to wash the sink in the kitchen area to use it. The curtain in the room was hanging cause it was broken. I will never come here again. If I could get my money back I would leave. The property as a whole was fine regarding Lovato and appearance. My room was unsatisfactory

Hotel is in rough shape and so is front desk. Room wasn't cleaned at all, coffee empty 3 mornings in a row, side entrance doors didn't work, first floor room and curtains wouldn't close

don't waste your money thin walls, tv wasn't working right, smoke detector was hanging out of the wall, no garbage can was provided in the room.
