Horrible service Double charged and another couple walked in our room at 3am. Still haven't received refund and wasn't offered anything for the trouble.

Worse hotel This was rated a 4 star but it was far from that. I only wanted to stay one night and the lady told me I could not get a refund for the second night. There was trash left from other guess that stayed there. I had to wait for them to was towels to get clean ones. When o arrived there were two Stanley street trucks and a lot of loud noise all night.

you get what you pay for Location was ok for the price, about 30+ minutes from downtown. I was busy all day of check-in and called to say I would be checking in a little late, and I was told that the reservation had been given away and the hotel was booked. After ensuring the front desk that I was already in town and would be there to stay 4 nights, they allowed me to check in and keep my reservation. The staff was friendly but the hotel was DIRTY. Disgusting I would not stay here again. Too bad--it's in a nice area with lots nearby.

Damage in the room, smoke detector ripped from the wall, toilet seat not fastened, shower peeling, stove indicator light stayed on, but thankfully the stove was off. Got to spend a cool 30 minutes in the parking lot at 220am when the fire alarm went off. Guess I wouldn't mention that if it wasn't for the broken one in my room.

Stay was pretty cool until the fire alarm went off & it was water everywhere about 3/4am!!!!!!!

The manager was high the rooms were dirty. The front desk was empty
