Not good, No BF, slow wifi, poorly finished Not good, it is a lie that they serve BF

worst ever experience It was one of the worst ever hotel i stayed in US. usually i book with the brand, now it seems not to go with the brand from this Trip. Hotel receptionist (Mitchelle) was very rude on addressing the issue. 1) When i informed kitchen utensils were not there in the room, she mentioned that "it was not her job to check each and everything in the room and have to wait for room service and she cant able to tell ETA" 2) Towel was not there and she said the same response as above 3) In toilet, no light was th... read more

Wrong description about breakfast. No trash facilities. Towels and bedsheets not changed.

The first room we were given had a leaking commode. Within minutes of checking into the room we saw it. It turns out the the front desk lady was aware of the problem before giving it to us. Then we were given a second room on the opposite side of the building where the AC was not working. We were to offered to either cancel the reservation or switch to another room again and was told that they can not fix the AC at night. We were tired moving our stuffs and decided to stay back in the room.

Beds are stinky smell. very very limited breakfast.(compare to other extended stay hotels). t

The facility is severely understaffed. I had to wait 30-minutes just to get my key re-coded.
