My experience at the hotel wasn’t how I expected for the simple fact the fire alarm went off at 12-1 something in the morning we had to go outside on top of that the fire department took an hour to shut it off so we basically slept in the car if there anyway I can get half my money back I would really appreciate it.

the desk person on checking did not give us any info about the property. like how to get dishes and cookware where the laundry room was etc. the manager was helpful and keep the place as clean as she could.

The rooms were dingy and the tub was not clean. It was just not comfortable.

The morning clerk at service desk was rude. There was no breakfast and not even hot water to make hot chocolate or any other beverage. Worst service experience.

Just a no it was dirt the facility needs major work. The bathroom was not clean there was blood in the sink.

Terrible staff and “policies” When I asked to go to the bathroom on the first floor after checking out, the staff told me there was no bathrooms for non-employees in the hotel!! And I had to walk all the way to the Starbucks next to it to pee!
