Worst Hotel Ever. It was terrible and demand a refund !!! Filthiest hotel I ever stayed in. Water was running down the wall and there was a huge water bubble on the wall in the washroom !

Ask for more towel to take shower however never got them front desk told me she will have me some towel when I came back with room number nope never happen only had two face towel and one dry off towel whole entire stay frm Friday to Sunday ridiculous

The first room given to us, appadantly someone lived there. 2nd room gicen to us the phone wasnt working. The heat (air) smells weird.

Room was okay, nothing crazy, but what are you really expecting for the price? Keycards worked probably half the time, and the elevator door closes like my grandma walking down the stairs (it also blares a siren whilst the door is closing). Overall not bad, but a number of better options in the area. Very affordable I will say.

The space between the window and heating unit allowed lots of cold air from the outside into the room. Unfortunately, we felt the bitter cold because temperature was at its coldest in Chicago and surrounding areas. It was unacceptable for any hotel! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

No soap No tooth paste No ice
