Not good Upon arrival,Hallways and our room was very smelly. Smelled like animal urine. I had to spray air freshener every time my kids and I entered the room. Floors were dirty. Housekeeping needs to dust because it was spiderwebs on light fixtures. Entering the room the door looked like it’s been broken into and they tried to fix it but not stable. Bathroom door handle was on backwards.

Not good Breakfast not as described and the key card maker was not in working condition. Room was dirty and fold out bed didn’t have sheets or blankets or anything. Was able to acquire a sheet and a blanket. But no pillows. Place stinks

The room was dirty. I spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it up the paper towel was filthy black. Under the bed I found a used band aide. The sink stopper was forced down in the bathroom and would not drain. We stuck a spoon in it to help the sink drain but it was slow. I asked three times to get the basic two cups, glasses, plates and silverware. I had to call three times and then I went down and picked it up.
