If you are on a budget, go for it, at 95 a night its not bad. You get a bed that feels like its passed its 10 year warranty.

Room smelt of a fish fry. I got done with my project early and was refused a refund on my pre paid rooms

The room was very smelly and the sheets seemed old and over used. The rooms definitely need upgrades. The staff was great, very pleasant.

room was dirty, the shower had hair from prior guest. no hair dryer

Terrible There was a major leak under bathroom sink. Maintenance came multiple times to fix and didn't fix it right. Vending machines were on the blink. House keeping was not good and didn't come into the room one of my days there. Loud people and terrible traffic in the area. I'll never stay there again or any other Extended Stay hotels.

All the traveling I have done, I have NEVER stayed in a supposedly"good" quality hotel, and the staff/mgmt did not have the rooms cleaned/serviced on a DAILY basis. I really was SHOCKED! To me, that is a HORRIBLE policy, Cleanliness is next to Godliness! Forward to UPPER, UPPER MGMT and I may reconsider a FUTURE visit. Finally, The "Manager" that manned the front desk had horrible interaction skills. Train him, or terminate him. Thank you for your courtesy attention to a serious matter.

Cassie was not helpful and very rude.(front desk) Bathroom tub doesn't allow water to drain properly sink dirty no plastic ware all used dishes smoke smell down the hall way. WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF U NOT GOING TO BE IN YOUR ROOM ON YOUR LAST NIGHT! So if u are coming to visit for a family function or FUNERAL do NOT STAY HERE!

When we arrived Police arrived to deal with an argument/dispute between other guests. It was very disruptive and delayed my check-in. The desk personnel must have been new because she kept asking for assistance from another associate. Lastly, the room smelled like smoke despite requesting a NON smoking room.
