Disgusting It was an extended stay featuring no utensils. Our room had a fridge & stove, but no pots, pan, forks, paper towel, etc. Even the blow dryer was missing from the holder! I was too afraid to shower because the curtain rod looked like it was ready to fall off the wall & the kitchen sink did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival. Never again!

My reservacion was for one bedroom with 2 queen beds and it was just one bed and an old sofa 😫😫 reallly bad 😡😡😡😡😡

I cancelled my reservation a week before my trip (cancelled because a business meeting got rescheduled) and on the night of my check in, I was charged for my room. Never going to use expedia again (as well as my company)

Dissappointed in property Room was not cleaned.. Bathroom shower had to be cleaned TV had fingerprints and sticky substance on it. Floor was also Sticky. Stains on lamp shades - dirty window ledges. Top blanket and middle blanket and pillowcase on bed by door smelled - we couldn't use them. They made a use a debit card instead of a credit card. We arrived after 4pm (check-in 3:00PM and had to wait for desk clerk to go to rooms. No way was my room cleaned - I think they made up used bed and straightened up. Never in my travel... read more

There was a trash bag and empty shampoo container in the shower. Very disappointed

Didn't stay there. It was dirty & discussing. Stayed at a resident inn by Marriott & paid 4 times as much. I expect to be refunded my costs. Please respond

one of the horrible places that I have visited, the old man that checked us in was a horrible guy and his behaivor with us was not hosbital or friendly

Once was more than enough My stay at this hotel was to have a quiet environment to prepare a paper fir school. When I arrived noticed a hair on the toilet and immediately went to the dollar store to purchase cleaning products. There were white staibs on the chair to the desk so I covered the entire chair with paper towels to sit on it. I also slept, for one hour, with my clothes on. Showered with shoes on and left several hours before check out. I will never visit there again!
